Culture of Collaboration: Accompaniment Program


Beginning with the senior Directors, this program focuses on improving the culture of collaboration in the entire organization, from the board of directors or elected officials to the employees of all departments. It develops a comprehensive and common understanding of the 5 Behaviours of a Cohesive Team creating a common vision for behaviour, successful strategies for interaction, and a model  of 4 important elements of a healthy organization:

  • Increase in efficiency
  • Reduced stress levels
  • Improved interpersonal communication
  • Minimal conflicts

This program includes the following components:

  1. Initial meeting to plan the implementation
  2. Gathering information from employees about their satisfaction and view of collaboration
  3. Workshops with the leaders of the organization to plan the launch of this initiative
  4. Executive Training Retreat: DiSC Collaboration and The 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team
  5. Workshops: Discovering my own unique DiSC style for departmental teams
  6. Workshops: Mastering the 5 Behaviours of a Cohesive Team and how to become the ideal team player for departmental teams
  7. Implementation of monitoring tools and online assessment questionnaires
  8. Workshops: for all employees
  9. Survey for employees to assess progress and employee satisfaction
