Pierre Bourbeau has worked for over twenty-five years to the development of organisations at different levels: regional, provincial, territorial and national. He brings not only theoretical knowledge in organizational development, but also practical knowledge.
After completing his studies in social sciences at the Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO), Pierre becomes a key community development officer for the French Canadian Association of Alberta (ACFA), in Lethbridge. As CEO, he maintains committed to the success of the Francophonie Jeunesse de l’Alberta (FAJ) organisation . He then becomes general manager of the Yukon Francophone Association (AFY) for a period of eight years and later as a consultant in strategic planning and organizational development. From 2004 to 2009, Pierre served as general manager of the functions of the French-Canadian Cultural Federation (BRAC).
Since March 2009, he leads Le CLÉ’s organizational development and human resources services.
In terms of thinking and strategic planning, he was involved in the development of several strategic planning of various organizations across the country and global development plans with communities in British Columbia, Alberta, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. In Ontario, he was directly involved in the development of strategic planning for many organizations such as : Centre de services Guigues for the Alfred Campus, University of Guelph, Assemblée de la Francophonie, ACFO Sudbury, Network for french immigration in Eastern Ontario and CESOC.
Pierre promotes a participatory and inclusive process so that stakeholders are heard; he makes sure to understand their needs and have participants engage in the development of elements of strategic planning.
